In Insurance & Risk Management (IRM) we focus on being trusted advisors by connecting with business colleagues and understanding their needs. We manage and mitigate risk and deliver quality insurance products and services to protect the company’s employees, assets and liabilities and to meet its contractual obligations to customers across the group. 

Your tasks:

  • Claims System:
    • Internal maintenance of the system.
    • Maintenance on masterdata and input data
    • Ticket administration: issues and errors, report and resolve in cooperation with vendor.
    • Configuration and development of the system
    • Testing new releases and functionalities;
    • Leading implementation and change management towards users on instrumental changes
    • Training of users
    • Support for existing countries and local super users
    • Leading projects concerning adding new regions / countries to the system
  • Reporting and analysis
    • Oversee and be responsible for all regional IRM reporting including scorecards, claims trend analysis and project progress and effectiveness reports.
    • Setting up and managing reports for Management and for Business colleagues;
    • Develop and manage other (ad-hoc) reports and dashboards.
    • Act as the main contact point for Business Colleagues and IRM team members who have requirements for information and data. Discuss requirements and requests for changes, design and obtain agreement for the most efficient and pragmatic way to fulfill requests
    • Training of users. On-site and virtually
    • Project management for further roll-outs (support of further countries/process roll outs).
    • System and process documentation.

Your profile:

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English, any additional languages are a plus
  • Experience with reporting and KPI development; experience in Insurance/Claims Management, Claims Systems, or IT preferred;
  • 3+ years of experience working with information / data / systems analysis or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce Platform and Power BI
  • Project management incl. planning and organizational skills;
  • Strong analytical skills and accuracy
  • Strong social skills as you’ll be working with colleagues in European region;
  • Flexible setting with regard to working hours and travel.
