What are you going to do?
Last October we opened a new HUB in Eindhoven where packages and pallets are redistributed. The packages are being sorted very quickly so we can fill up the trucks in the speed of a second. These packages and pallets are being transported all the way around Europe.

In this function you're a forklift driver, but you'll also work in the logistic proces. Important is your accurate way of working and that you like to role on your sleeves. You and your team are responsible for the entire process in the warehouse.

This is you

• Flexibility and working shifts (also at night) are not a problem
• You like doing physical work and don't step back for a challenge
• You can ask the city hall for a certificate of conduct
• You speak Dutch OR English
• You live in the area of Eindhoven

Working hours and services

• The working days are Monday till Saturday
• We work in shifts, which is not a problem for you
• The morning/afternoon shift starts at 7:00 AM and ends at 3:30 PM
• The afternoon/evening shift starts at 2:15 PM and ends at 10:45 PM
• Evening/night shift starts at 11:00 PM and ends at 6:30 AM
• The Saturday shift starts at 10:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM
• Your effort is being rewarded by extra allowances:
  - Work between 8:00 PM and 00:00 AM is rewarded by 125%
  - Work between 00.00 AM and 06:00 AM is rewarded by 130%
  - Work on the weekend is rewarded by 150%

What we offer

• Your salary will start at €2.150 gross (excl. allowances) per month. The salary is based on 40 hours, but there will also be extra allowances. Your total monthly salary (on average) will look like this:
  - €2.150 gross salary per month based on 40 hours (€12,36 gross per hour)
  - An extra allowance with an average of 15%  extra for the evening shifts and night shifts. The average extra allowance is around €323 gross per month. 
  - The total average salary is €2.473 gross, including extra allowances, per month (€14,22 gross per hour). This can change each month, depending on which shift you’ll work.
• Cao à la carte: you can choose for 13 extra vacation days or 6,24% extra salary;
• 23 days off (based on 40 hours);
• Your contract at DHL Express is 32-36 hours a week (possibily of permanent contract after a positive review);
• Travelling expenses per km up to 30 km (one way travels);
• Participation in the collective health insurance.
