As LLP (Lead Logistics Partner) we handle the complete 4PL (fourth party logistic provider) logistics for all of our customer's European plants. Role Purpose: Manage the 3PLs who deliver the Driscoll's Northern cooler services (warehouse and value added services), working with the Driscoll's, the wider LLP team, the 3PL and other stakeholder to ensure operations support the end to end supply chain - quality, service and cost. Deliver a programme of change through the 3PLs including WMS implementation, process enhancements and new services aligned to Driscoll's strategic roadmap.

Your tasks as an Operational Account Manager Northen EU (Warehouse) 
  • You’ll be the process owner and monitor regarding the performance of 5 individuals working at a client. You’ll support the resolution of issues and lead the strategy.
  • You’ll manage 3PLs operations. 
  • Manage IQ Packing (outsource co-packers) performing blue berry sortation and relabeling activity
  • The implementation of warehouse change (change of provider or strategic development of existing providers
  • Management and performance review of 3PL vendors (warehouse, packaging & VAS).
  • Review and manage 3PL Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to meet the client’s contractual terms and DHL expectations.
  • Develop/achieve agreed budget, manage costs.
  • Develop and deliver effective plans for business aligned with other internal and customer key stakeholders
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement with the warehouse and VAS 3PLs
Who you are
  • 3-5 years Leadership experience in similar logistic companies
  • Master or Bachelor degree 
  • Excellent computer literacy, with Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Access, and Visio
  • You’re fluent in English and Dutch
