Where is your focus and responsibility?
As our new Stock Control Supervisor, you and your team are mainly responsible for stock management for our customer, but also a small scope of Customer Service activities are part of your responsibilities. Thanks to the efforts of your team, there is a good insight into the physical stock, the stock according to the warehouse system and the stock according to our customer. If there is a difference, make sure that these are sorted out and rectified. To be able to carry out the counts as effectively as possible, we work according to daily and annual counting plans, drawn up and coordinated by you.
Good stock control contributes to achieving our performance targets. That is something that as a supervisor has your constant attention. In addition, you continuously screen work processes and come up with improvement proposals to optimize them. After approval you implement it. You are not only focused on process, we think it is just as important that you are there for your team. That is why you conduct personnel interviews with your team members. The majority of your team consists of Stock Control, but there will also be one or two Customer Service Agents in your team. In addition, you hold structural work meetings with your team and you are aware of everything that is going on in the team.

We offer you a full-time position with a good salary, which falls in our collective labor agreement scale 8 (€2400 - €3400 gross per month).

Who are you?
You have managerial experience (minimum 3 years) in a logistics/warehouse environment and you have HBO work and thinking level.
You are there for your team and you have excellent social and communication skills. Both in Dutch and English.
In addition, you are analytical, accurate, reliable, customer-oriented and you can handle stressful situations well.
MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems are absolutely nothing new to you
